Small office, local deploy
The Document Tracking System runs locally. There is no cloud fallback to hide a missing step.
My list
- Build on the same OS the office uses, then test the actual installer.
- Check that the data folder is writable without admin rights.
- Confirm the printer and scanner still talk to the app after the install.
- Walk one real staff member through the workflow and note where they pause.
If any of these fails, the app is not ready, no matter how clean the code looks.
